Our policy has a 14-day duration. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
To submit your return, please visit your account environment and choose why you want to return your goods.
Returns: Free returns are not available at this time. Return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are returning an item from outside the EU, make sure that the package is clearly marked as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid custom charge to avoid customs charges. Delarue Collections is NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred or lost packages during returns.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, U will receive an email confirming this. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
