What kind of payment methods are possible?

Contact our customer service if they have received a payment, otherwise we can send you a new payment link. You can also place a new order.
What are the shipping costs to my country?

What time does it take to ship to my country?
Netherlands 1-3 working days
EU - VS - Canada - Middle East 2-5 working days
Asia 3-5 working days
South America 5-7 working days
Please note that duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU.
For shipments outside of Europe it may happen that a package will be kept at customs for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection could take up to 30 days to send the package forward to the delivery address. Please let us know (via link on our contact tab) if you have not received your package after customs clearance time. After those 30 days we can start investigation on your shipment.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping until the moment you receive the package. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or write a note (if possible) that you are accepting a damaged box when signing for it.
How do I return my order?
Our policy has a 14-day duration. If 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
To submit your return, please visit your account environment and choose why you want to return your goods.
Returns: For customers in the Netherlands, we offer FREE RETURNS. Unfortunately, for all customers outside of the Netherlands, free returns are not available at this time. However, you can easily download a return label in your account environment to start your return.
If you're returning an item from outside the EU, ensure that the package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges. Delarue Collections is NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred or lost packages during returns.
How do I keep my Delarue collections gear in good condition?
Follow the instructions on the care label. If the garment is machine washable, we recommend you to wash inside out at a low temperature, rinse shortly and spin at low speed. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Iron at low heat and do not iron on a print.
Is it possible to exhange items?
if you wish to exhange an item, you will receive store credit to purchase the new item.
